January is coming to a close and the whole "new year new me" hype has died down and with that we welcome in the Lunar New Year! Apparently it's the New Year for the Chinese, so don't forget to treat youself to a hint of sealclubbing in the good 'ol Type 59! Anyways, back to the topic at hand. Yes, WoT Blitz's first update for 2017 and boy did they make it seem grand. Puzzles to solve on the forums of a picture that's already on their Website, more updates on the WoT Blitz Portal than the Twister Cup received. You'd be thinking "Geez, these two tanks have got to be the real deal!" Except it isn't.
Oh was i supposed to keep my opinions to the end of the review? Apologies. I couldn't hold it in.
So, the two "Tanks" in question. The Glacial 112 (Left) and the Blaze WZ 135G FT (Right). Appearance wise these two tanks definitely pose a much nicer target to shoot at than the shady figure of a T29. Their Camos are definitely not the worst WarGaming have ever released *IS-7 i'm looking at you* nor are they the crowd stoppers of the battlefield like the T34 Independence variant. In essence, you don't have sleepless nights of these tanks because of their camos. In fact, the Glacial only has animations on it's turret and rear end of it's hull, the rest is just filled in a contour of baby blue or whatever shade of blue it is. The Blaze on the other hand is more "attention to detail"-ish. It's whole tank is designed to look like a Dragon, contesting the Type 62 of it's Dragon status. Though all tanks go a charred black when they finally come to the end of their tracks, and in these two you'd be seeing melted ice and burnt ashes alot.
I've spoilt it again haven't i?
Now, on to why you guys have searched this up. The statistics. The big question. Are these tanks any good on the battlefield? I shall cover that in the post to come.
